Same Day Shipping:
All orders received by 12:30pm CST are shipped the same day from our HUGE Warehouse thru Fed Ex Ground.  Your order can be insured at your request.

Guarantee:
All PEI Audio.com products are guaranteed for one month against factory defects. The remainder of the guarantee is with the factory. We guarantee all products to work properly, and if defective, we will replace or repair as covered by the manufacturer's guarantee. 

If merchandise is found to be D.O.A. (Dead on Arrival) we will gladly exchange the product at no additional charge.

All returns must be accompanied by an RA# marked clearly on the outside of the package.  If not, the package will be refused.  RA#'s can be acquired thru Customer Service Monday thru Friday 9:00am to 3:00pm CST.
